Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

How to Make a Return:

• Email us at contactuae@hairdramacompany.com or WhatsApp us on +971 0552902481 with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

• After approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at 15 AED for orders below 100 AED and at no extra cost for orders above 100 AED within 4 business days (Not including Sunday)

• In case of Defective items, no extra cost will be charged for return and replacement of the same.

• A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, an additional charge of 20 AED will be levied for initiating pick up again.

Refund, Exchanges & Cancellations: 

• We offer a full refund for products within 10-days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unused, unworn, tags attached (once tags are removed the items are NO LONGER returnable) 

• Refunds can be received via bank transfers or Store Credit

• We offer an extra 10% order value on top of refunds if you choose to receive store credit against bank transfers.

• Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via bank transfers/store credit within 7-14 business days or transfer to source payment mode.

• Exchanges: You can exchange an item purchased on www.hairdramacompany.ae with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. The procedure for the same is an email to contactuae@hairdramacompany.com
